Scope of Mission       : Brief Description

 

In accordance with purpose and principles designated by Senior Management of Head of Center; vision of the Center is to do research in line with its mission in order to conduct, plan, manage, steer, coordinate, inspect training and research activities based on efficiency and productivity principles and fulfill the missions fall within the Institution’s establishment Law.

2. Subdivisions

    

2.1 Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit Directorate

2.1 Unit Director reports to Head of the Center.

2.2 Maintain his/her duty within the scope of yearly plan which is related to management of Human Resources structured by Senior Management and assist the Head of the Center in preparation of work plan.

2.3 Ensure in time and full completion of units’ duties under his/her responsibility.

2.4 Ensure training of personnel on every subject related to regulation. 

2.5 Monitor behaviors of personnel under his/her responsibility during hour of work, ensure planning of every type of leave (annual, compassionate, sick etc.) and informing related unit.

 2.6 Announce Circular and regulations to personnel, ensure requirements are accomplished.

2.7 Ensure coordination in matters with other units in line with duty.

2.8 Preparation of position visas regarding personnel position.

2.9 Ensure archiving of correspondence documents that belong to his/her unit. 2.10 Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Center.

2.11 Ensure follow up and procurement of supply needs and maintenance and repair of the institution.

2.12 Maintain operations related to real property and moveable property. 2.13 Maintain every type of maintenance and repair work and other operations of institution’s vehicles.

2.14 Ensure in time and full completion of units’ duties under his/her responsibility

2.15 Ensure training of personnel on every subject related to regulation. 

2.16 Monitor behavior of personnel under his/her responsibility during hour of work, ensure planning of every type of leave (annual, compassionate, sick etc.)  and informing related unit.

2.17 Announce Circular and regulations to personnel, ensure requirements are accomplished.

2.18 Ensure coordination in matters with other units in line with duty.

2.19 Ensure archiving of correspondence documents that belong to his/her unit.

2.20 Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Center.

 

2.3 Publication and Documentation Unit Directorate

2.1 Ensure smooth running of Library and Information Center services.

2.2 Systematically organizing, monitoring, planning and ensuring every type of documents related to Training and Research.

2.3 Follow up with developments in information and document management field and do research for technological innovations.

2.4 Publishing bibliography, institution’s catalog, brochure etc. and ensure correspondence with other institutions.

2.5 Ensure in time and full completion of units’ duties under his/her responsibility

2.6 Ensure training of personnel on every subject related to regulation

2.7 Monitor behavior of personnel under his/her responsibility during hour of work, ensure planning of every type of leave (annual, compassionate, sick etc.)  and informing related unit.

2.4 Training Unit Directorate

2.1 Provide coordination and cooperation with training and research requests; organize occupational trainings and seminars referring to this aim.

2.3 Ensure in-country and international coordination, management and finalization related to training.

2.4 Ensure in time and full completion of units’ duties under his/her responsibility.

2.5 Ensure training of personnel on every subject related to regulation.

2.6 Monitor behavior of personnel under his/her responsibility during hour of work, ensure planning of every type of leave (annual, compassionate, sick etc.)  and informing related unit.

2.7 Announce Circular and regulations to personnel, ensure requirements are accomplished.

2.8 Ensure coordination in matters with other units in line with duty.

2.9 Ensure archiving of correspondence documents that belong to his/her unit.

2.10 Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Center.

  

2.5 Certification Unit

2.1 Certify all results of training and research activities related to Occupational Health and Safety and perform certification work.

2.2 Ensure in time and full completion of units’ duties under his/her responsibility.

2.3 Ensure training of personnel on every subject related to regulation.

2.4 Monitor behavior of personnel under his/her responsibility during hour of work ,ensure planning of every type of leave (annual, compassionate, sick etc.)  and informing related unit.

2.5 Announce Circular and regulations to personnel, ensure requirements are accomplished.

2.6 Ensure coordination in matters with other units in line with duty.

2.6 Strategy Unit Directorate

2.1 Designate long term and short term strategy policies within the frame of yearly plan in regards with training and research that is institution’s mission field. 2.2 Perform services related to information systems of institution’s management.

2.3 Coordinate scheduling of institution’s strategic plans and performance and ensure perpetual work of results.

2.4 In coordination with relevant unit, prepare a detailed expenditure plan within the frame of budget, principle and essentials designated as per institution’s regulations and produce statistics accordingly.

 2.5 Ensure in time and full completion of units’ duties under his/her responsibility.

2.6 Ensure training of personnel on every subject related to regulation

2.7 Monitor behavior of personnel under his/her responsibility during hour of work, ensure planning of every type of leave (annual, compassionate, sick etc.)  and informing related unit.
